Craft Shows
All sales at arts or craft shows are final. No returns will be accepted.
Delivery
Information
We make every effort to deliver
your package to you as soon as possible. However,
there are conditions, which may cause delays.
- Credit Card Approval: AFTER your
order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be
processed and shipped out to you within 72 hours
(Crazy Clutch handbags will be shipped within two
weeks). Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or
shipping information may delay your order.
Cut off Time: Orders received
after 1:00 PM EST will be processed within 72 hours
of that business day.
UPS Ground Service: Delivery to
some destinations may take up to seven days.
Generally, most metropolitan areas should receive
delivery within four days.
If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, www.buyMair.com will be more than happy to EXCHANGE your item for an item of equal or greater value. We do not accept returns since each item is made to order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition/packaging with tags still attached. Your returned items must be postdated within 14 days of receiving them. Items received after the time allotted will be refused and returned to sender.

Exchanging Items by Mail
When exchanging items to our Customer Service / Distribution Center:
Step 1: Exchange Request . It is
imperative that e-mail or phone (10:00am – 5:00pm EST)
www.buyMair.com that you would like to exchange your
purchase. Make sure you include the SKU#, style#,
product name, color, size, quantity, and price. You
can find the necessary information on your original
invoice. We will issue an RA#, which will need to be
written on the outside of the package before mailed.

and include the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Billing and Shipping Addresses
(if different)
- Phone Number
- E-mail address if you wish
- Invoice Number (found at the top
of your original invoice)
- Item/s you are exchanging
- Reasons for Exchange
- New item/s you wish to receive:
please include style#, product name, color, size,
and quantity
Step 2: Pack and Ship . When shipping send item/s in a secure package (the original packaging if possible). Packages must be sent prepaid with RA# written on the outside of the package. We suggest that you insure the package. We will not be responsible for any lost exchanges. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please Note:
- All online purchases must be
exchanged through our online store only. All Mair
Design purchases made at a retail store must be
exchanged at that retail store only, in accordance
with their return policy.
www.buyMair.com will only pay for
return shipping charges if you were sent an incorrect,
damaged, or defective item.
